Facilities

Arenas

BTSC offers the most extensive arenas in Singapore. Our main arena can accommodate show jumping courses to international competition standards. Typically, the three arenas, extending to more than 13,000 sq. metres, are configured to provide up to five dressage arenas and a separate jumping arena. The third arena is generally utilized by novice and beginner riders.

Two lunge facilities and a 400 metre sand training track complement the training facilities.

Hacking

BTSC has access to several kilometres of grass trails and roads which are not accessible to public vehicles, which make it a wonderful location for casual riding.

Stables

There are 100 stables, mostly arranged in blocks of 10. They are designed to be light and airy, which suits our tropical climate. In addition, there are two blocks of stables which are maintained for visiting competition horses and spelling. Periodically, they are used for the purpose of isolation, which is required when horses are being exported to certain countries.

Rolling Boxes

After exercise, the horses can enjoy a relaxing roll in our two rolling boxes.

Paddocks

The paddocks are popular for turnout in the morning and afternoon. There are 12 permanent paddocks, large enough to accommodate two horses each for those horses which prefer to be turned out with a companion. In addition, there are three temporary paddocks, which are relocated on a regular basis, to provide additional turnout facilities.

Farrier

The farrier’s facilities extend to two shoeing bays, a workshop for grinding shoes, and a furnace. The club employs a full-time farrier, offering both hot and cold shoeing.

Food and Beverage

Relax at the popular restaurant, Rider’s Café, located in our club house. It is a meeting place for both members and the public. Open Tuesday through Sunday for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but please note, the restaurant is open to members only on Mondays, for refreshments.

Club House

In addition to Rider’s Café, our club house provides a members’ only terrace, locker room facilities with showers, administrative and management offices, and children’s playground.

Car Parking

There is a car park offering ample parking, adjacent to the club house.
