Vision: To be the leading equestrian centre committed to excellence in equestrian sport in Singapore, setting benchmarks and developing new standards, whilst catering to the needs of individual and family members.
Mission: To develop equestrian sport so as to foster growth in equestrianism in Singapore, creating a vibrant and active community, nurturing riders to achieve excellence both at a national and international level.
Values: Bukit Timah Saddle Club promotes innovation, honesty, excellence, collaboration and social responsibility as fundamental values, and adheres to these values within all facets of its operation.
Commitments:
- To continuously improve the facilities and equipment, attracting the highest level instructors in the disciplines of dressage and show jumping. To implement systems and technology to help achieve these commitments.
- To pay heed to the value of honesty, undertake business with integrity, safeguarding income and assets, whilst continuously improving revenues through innovative plans and actions.
- To strive for customer satisfaction by providing the quality of services and products members and customers desire.
- To establish practices to develop and motivate employees, and recognize them as the club’s most valuable asset.
