BHS Courses

British Horse Society (BHS) exams are professional qualifications that are recognised worldwide.

The BHS offers the most widely acknowledged and respected equestrian qualifications in the world, offering a progressive route from beginner level to world-class standard.

Bukit Timah Saddle Club has BHS qualified instructors who can assist riders who are interested in taking their BHS exams. The exams consist of BHS Stage 1, Stage 2 and Stage 3.

There is also a Teaching exam called the PTT. When candidates achieve the first 3 stages and the PTT, they receive the BHSAI qualification.

For more advanced riders who wish to progress further, there is the Stage 4 Riding and Stable Management  exam.

There is also an Intermediate Instructor exam. When all of these have been passed, the candidate receives the BHSII qualification.
